I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

You can reset it on the All-Access login page. Click "Lost your Password?" underneath the Login button to reset your password.

I forgot my username. How do I find out what it is?

Your username is the email address you registered/purchased with.

I have not received an email with my login info. How do I access the membership portal?

Please make sure you are checking the email you registered with. Be sure to check your Promotions/Junk/Clutter folders too.

How do I download the video (mp4) / audio (mp3) / slides (pdf)?

Inside the All-Access portal, select the Summit you purchased access to. Click on a presentation and you will see download options below the embedded video.

How do I access the FREE live sessions?

Our next live event is December 10th-13th, 2018.

How much does the event cost?

While the event is live you can access the presentations for free.
If you would like lifetime access to the presentations after the event is over, you can purchase the All-Access Pass.

Can I watch the sessions after the event is over?

Only if you've purchased the All-Access Pass. If not, you can watch them only while the event is live.
